Important Property Notice:
Roof work on the adjacent Ram Sea I building begins December 16, 2025, and may continue through March 2026. Noise may be intrusive at times. Vehicles must avoid the building perimeter, and the Jacuzzi and/or deck may occasionally close.

Maximum 2 vehicles (1 garage, 1 open lot). No additional parking available.

We provide a starter supply of:
2 rolls of toilet paper per bath, 1 paper towel roll, hand soap, dish soap, trash bags, laundry/dishwasher pod, coffee, dish towel(s).
One set of bath towels and one beach towel per guest (based on max occupancy).
Supplies are not replenished. We do not provide toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), spices, coffee filters, cream/sugar, foil, etc.

Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED. THERE IS A NO REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY WITHIN 60 DAYS OF CHECK-IN. THIS INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED; HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. Check-in is any time after 4 PM. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months, and we will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.
Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no-refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not make anyone an exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.
EARLY CHECK-IN:
Because we have a high amount of same-day turnovers, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check-in. Check-in is at 4 PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!
We require the payer of the booking to sign our rental agreement, which ensures the guest's instructions will auto-send at 3 PM on the day of arrival.
