This vacation rental is one-half of a two-unit home. There are two bedrooms, one full bathroom with shower and bathtub, a family room connected to an outdoor sundeck with grill, and an outdoor shower. There are hardwood floors throughout with a settled charm. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender, and dishwasher. There is also a washer and dryer in the apartment. There is a queen sized bed in one bedroom and a twin over full bunk bed in the other bedroom. The living room features a sofa bed.
There is a flat screen TV with DVD player. We provide basic cable and complimentary Wi-Fi (as a courtesy).
The house is two blocks to the beach and boardwalk. There is a beautiful beach to enjoy the sea.
Atlantic City's restaurants, shopping, casinos, nightlife, and Steel Pier are a mere three miles away. It's easy to get there by foot, car, or bike. You can always call a cab or Uber service too. A few blocks away is Margate with its own commercial district and dining establishments. Ocean City and its family-friendly amusement park on the boards is a mere 15-20 minute drive away. You can also take a day trip for shopping and dining (or even to visit the children's zoo) in the historic Victorian town of Cape May, which is about 1 hour drive south along the coastline. There is so much to offer in the vicinity and Ventnor is a sweet, quiet town central to it all.

Please note that our Summer policy is to rent in one-week increments or more: Saturday afternoon (2 p.m. checkin) to the following Saturday morning (10 a.m. checkout to allow for cleaning prior to the next guests' arrival). We make no exceptions to this policy. Winter policy is 30 night minimum and utility usage is additional cost to tenant. Guests must provide their own towels and linens.
