NO SHOES in the house.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without our approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
Security camera is 24 hours on at the garage door.
No smoking or vaping.
No parties or events. No 3rd-party unregistered guests.
Quiet hours begin at 10pm.
Due to extreme wildfire risk, any type of outdoor wood burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000 per Lake Tahoe short term rental regulations.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE INCLINE VILLAGE BEACH PASSES
Our property does not have space to accommodate RVs or fifth wheels. Parking of these vehicles is not permitted in the driveway or on the street, in accordance with local regulations and HOA rules.

Some of our properties are located close to Incline Village’s private beaches; however, access to these beaches is restricted by IVGID (Incline Village General Improvement District) and is only available to property owners. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide guest access to these private beaches.
We kindly ask guests not to leave negative reviews for lack of lake access, as this is clearly explained in our listing's notes section and is outside of our control.
