There are charming spaces to enjoy both inside and out, including an expansive patio where you can host family barbecues, spend afternoons playing cornhole, and stargaze from the hot tub.
This two-story home sits on a beautiful, elevated piece of Whidbey Island, providing you with a stunning vantage point for sunrises over the mountains. It's surrounded by meadows, with views of a neighboring barn, gardens, and evergreen treetops. The cedar trees, in particular, provide ideal shade from the sun and present an opportune picnicking location during the summer months. If you wish to venture outside your vacation home, you're conveniently less than three miles from the Clinton ferry terminal, an easy drive or bike ride from the pebble beach at Possession Sound Preserve, and seven miles south of downtown Langley.
Enter by way of a picturesque covered front porch, where you can play cards and sip cold drinks in the afternoons. Leisurely lounge outside on sunny days or seek refuge on the porch during the island's rainy season where you can drink coffee and converse with the other guests. Inside, there's a light-filled living room with soft white walls and white trim, as well as a gas fireplace. Enjoy cozy evenings in front of it while perusing your favorite book before heading out to the well-equipped farmhouse kitchen to prepare a meal for everyone.
