Loft style, cozy with everything you need for Long Stays. Design curtains that separate the room from the social room, 2 bathrooms, Tv with Netflix, separate clothing area, double bed (orthopedic mattress), open kitchen and space to work with Wi-fi. It is the first floor, above the lobby of the building, it has 24 hour security. Very quiet area very close to the North Highway, Zone T, Parque de la 93 and Usaquen.
This Loft is very cozy and spacious, it has 2 bathrooms, one for visitors that has only the toilet and the other in the room with its shower.
It has a single room, where you find a dressing room, the bathroom, and it is separated by Japanese panel-type design curtains from the living room.
You have a living room, with a space to work comfortably and a dining room with an open American-style kitchen.
The kitchen is very well equipped, Ex: Capuchinera, Bread Maker, a small Bbq, then there is an independent area for the laundry.
You will feel like home, you arrive walking to the public transport of the street 106 with the north highway; You are 10 min (by car) from the T zone, Calle 85 and Parque de la 93. and 15 min from Usaquen; 5 min walk from calle 100, with the north highway.
The building has parking for visitors, which can only be used for a maximum of 8 hours.

The neighborhood is very residential, cozy and quiet, it has close to supermarkets, parks where you can go out to do sports, or walk and two Trasmilenio stations (Public Transport) to which you can walk.
Walking you can reach two Stations: Calle 106 of the Trasmilenio North Highway (Public Service); or the Long Bridge on Avenida Suba.
The Building has 24-hour surveillance, if addresses are requested, you have to go down to the reception for the request, no different personnel are allowed to enter the tenants.
