Saturday to Saturday WEEKLY rentals only. One week maximum stay. We do not rent monthly. We take reservations up to 180 days in the future.
PLEASE read before booking: Minimum age 25 for primary guest. This condo will accommodate up to 2 (TWO) adults (MAXIMUM) and 2 children ages 3-12 years. Our condo is not child proofed. NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE OR OUT AND NO PETS. Celadon is a non smoking community. Guest must have 4 or above star rating to book. No events, get togethers or parties. If any of these rules are violated you will be evicted with no refunds and forfeit your damage deposit. Celadon Resort has surveillance cameras and our unit has a Ring doorbell camera. No inside cameras. Please do not book if you are not comfortable with this.

Please accept our invitation to our 1 bedroom, 2 bath Celadon Beach Resort beachfront condo located on the 8th floor. Newly updated and furnished. The kitchen has granite countertops and shaker white cabinets (installed 2016) and Stainless appliances. Beach service (daily set up of two chairs and an umbrella by the beach attendant) for 2 included in rates (March-October). The master bedroom has a comfortable King memory foam mattress. Luxury vinyl plank flooring has been installed throughout. Updated master bath with new tub, tile surround and glass doors Jan 2022. Please note that Celadon is a NON-smoking community. No smoking or vaping inside or outside the unit. The bunks are more narrow than regular twins and are intended for children only. You will love the view from the 8th floor balcony! Celadon Beach Resort offers 2 pools, one beachfront and one heated indoor/outdoor, 2 hot tubs, tennis/pickleball, exercise room , charcoal grill and covered parking garage.
As an added bonus, we have purchased seasonal (March-Oct weather permitting) beach service for two for our unit through Adventures at Sea. This is a $56 a day value.
RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS: The traveler will not get a refund if they cancel their booking at any time after it is accepted. We do not offer date changes. We STRONGLY suggest travel insurance in case something unexpected happens. Please be sure to read what each policy covers.
