Positive: I recently stayed at this cabana, and the location is absolutely stunning. The views from the mountains are breathtaking, and for that alone, I’d give a 5-star rating. It’s a beautiful and secluded spot, perfect for enjoying nature and escaping the city.

It’s a beautiful and secluded spot, perfect for enjoying nature and escaping the city. However, there were a few downsides to our stay. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi in our cabin wasn’t working, which was disappointing since it’s one of the main features advertised. We reached out to the administration, but it took hours for them to respond, and they were unable to resolve the issue during our stay. The customer service could use improvement; a quicker response and more attentive care would make a big difference. One other thing to note is that the cabana is located up a hill, so it’s essential to have your own transportation to get around comfortably. Overall, while I’d give the location and view an excellent rating, the administration team could benefit from some upgrades in responsiveness and customer care.
