Casa Blanca is a brand new3 bedroom 2 bath luxury river home that sleeps 6 guests and islocated on the Tennessee River Gorge. This home features an enormous dockwith year round deep water and access to apublic boat ramp located less than half a mile away. We have kayaks available for use.Soak up the sun in the outdoor lounge chairs or enjoy dining on either the main deck or the rooftop deck. This river house has some of themost amazing river views and unforgettable sunsets.
Inside there is an open floor plan with aspacious living room and kitchen. Down the hallway there is 1 bedroom with a standard queen bed and a full bathroom that has a shower/tub combo. Upstairs you will find 2 additional bedrooms.The upstairs guest bedroom includes a twin over full bunkbed. The master bedroom has a standard king bed.The master bath features a tile shower and a large soaking tub.
Thecovered rooftop deck includes a large tv, dining seating, and a lounge area. On the TV's you will find YouTube TV and Netflix.The main deck includes a lounge area, firepit, and kayaks.

The Tennessee River Gorge is locally known as "Tennessee's Grand Canyon", the 26 mile gorge runs through the Cumberland Mountain is one of the top 5 longest and most beautiful gorges in the country.
This house is on the Tennessee Riverfront so exercise caution.This rental is not suitable for pets. Minimum age to book is 25. The Tennessee River Housedoes not permit indoor smoking, parties, or events. 2 vehicles are permitted on the property and all guests staying overnight must be listed when booking.
