Summary: The check-in process was poor. The agent was not rude, but very indifferent and short. The rooms were clean, but the mattress was not comfortable, I woke up with a back pain numerous times during the night and the pillows were hard. The alarm clock USB-C adapters to charge your phone and they didn’t work. When we complained, they changed our room and the other one was the same. The restaurants were mediocre at best. After I checked out of our room this morning I tried to get coffee and bagels at Einstein bagel. They don’t take cash and they don’t take credit cards only charge your room.
