The space
A chalet-style house on the banks of the Pance River. On the first floor, you’ll find the living room and a large window overlooking the river and the main patio. Upon entering the house, you’ll see a striking, large brown stone that’s part of the structure, right next to it is the door leading to the backyard, which features a beautiful garden and an outdoor dining area with a wood- or charcoal-fired grill. There’s also a kitchen area and a dining table, complete with cooking utensils, a refrigerator, an oven, a blender, a manual coffee maker, and a teapot. The water comes from a pure spring and can sometimes—especially when it rains—become a little cloudy, but this is normal. There is a small, oriental-style living room with two poufs and cushions where you can recline and relax after a meal; next to it is a shared bathroom. followed immediately by the wooden staircase leading to the second floor. As you go up, you’ll see a window overlooking the river, a sofa bed, and a small stereo system. To the right are two bedrooms, both with a double bed—ideal for two couples or a couple with two children. From the windows, you can look out toward the river or the mountains, There’s a bathroom with hot water. On the left is another bedroom with a private bathroom, hot water, a closet with a dressing area, one double bed, and one single bed, featuring natural light from the ceiling and a window opening onto the terrace, whose entrance is next to the bedroom door. There’s a hammock where you can relax to the soothing sound of the river and enjoy views of the town or the mountains; you’ll see a variety of birds. From there, a staircase leads to the backyard, where the barbecue area is located. In the main courtyard, there is free private parking for two vehicles, as well as another garden with a gate leading to the river via stairs; there is also an utility area with a washing machine and a clothesline.
