These situations are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds, although we will always address any issue as quickly as possible. Visitors are not permitted under any circumstances. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property; it is only allowed on terraces. Non compliance will result in a fine of 250,000 COP. Throwing trash from balconies or common areas is not allowed. We maintain a zero tolerance policy for excessive noise, parties, events, over occupancy, or inappropriate behavior. Violations may result in fines of up to three times the total reservation amount, as well as immediate termination of the stay without refund. The primary guest must be of legal age and must remain for the entire stay. All occupants must be properly registered prior to arrival. Cancellations will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of booking; no refunds will be issued for early departures, weather conditions, or travel issues beyond our control. Likewise, interruptions in utilities such as water, gas, electricity, or internet are not grounds for refunds, as these are external situations beyond our control and typical of a developing city. However, we will make every effort to manage the issue with the relevant providers and restore service as quickly as possible.
