904 Sealoft has the best location of all the Sealoft Villas- private and close to the beach boardwalk. 3 decks overlook the pond and Oceanwinds Golf Course. Relax and observe the egrets, herons and osprey fishing the pond and the golfers "expressing" their emotions on the course. Pick a deck and enjoy coffee in the morning and an adult beverage in the evening. As darkness falls, feel the ocean breeze, watch the stars come out and listen to the sound of the waves breaking on the beach in the distance- blissful.
The house is the perfect beach cottage- updated, well equipped and comfortable (see pictures).
It can accommodate up to 6 people- 2 bedrooms with baths on the main level and a sleeping loft upstairs. There are TVs in each bedroom and the living room plus WIFI. In the storage area are 2 cruiser bikes, a beach cart with chairs, cooler and umbrella, plus a Weber gas grill.
Take advantage of all that Seabrook Island offers.There is a private pool in the complex for Sealoft residents only, and the white sand, warm water and breaking waves of North Beach are across the street via a boardwalk. With the amenity card included in the rent (during the summer only) guests can access the oceanfront pools of the Seabrook Island Club, eat at the Club restaurants overlooking the ocean, and for an additional fee, play golf or tennis. Bicycling on the beach at sunset is always special, and the roads are bike friendly, so ride around the island and enjoy the beauty of the low country- moss draped live oaks, palm trees, serene marshes and ambling creeks. Right outside the gate and easily reached by bicycle is the Bohicket Marina for boating and fishing trips, plus several casual, fun restaurants and often live music on the patio. Freshfields Village is a short distance beyond the marina. Find a gourmet market with great takeout, interesting shops and terrific restaurants.
If you must leave our beautiful island, the incomparable city of Charleston is 35 minutes North. Also within a 30 minute drive are several antebellum plantations, the Firefly distillery, the Charleston Tea Plantation, and enough historical sites to satisfy any history buff. And the food!!! There are so many terrific, casual fun restaurants that are unique and reasonably priced- a foodie's paradise! This is a great vacation destination.
From Memorial Day through Labor Day, this property rents for 7 nights, Saturday through Saturday only.
Also motorcycles are not allowed through the gates on Seabrook.
