Welcome to Chaiya Farms, a peaceful off-grid farm stay nestled on 5.5 private acres in Blythewood, South Carolina. Our thoughtfully designed yurt offers a rare balance of sustainable living and modern comfort—perfect for couples or quiet travelers looking to slow down, reconnect, and rest.
This is not rough camping. The yurt is fully equipped with a real bed, air conditioning in summer, a wood-burning stove for cooler months, solar power, WiFi, TV, and a gas burner for cooking. A powered cooler is provided, and the composting toilet is clean, well-maintained, and easy to use.
Wake up to birdsong, enjoy your coffee surrounded by nature, and share the land with our friendly farm animals—including goats, chickens, and our gentle Great Pyrenees. Guests are welcome to observe or interact with the animals at their comfort level.
Optional Bed & Breakfast Experience
Guests may choose to add a customizable farm-style breakfast to their stay. Breakfast can be tailored to dietary needs, including vegan, gluten-free, and food allergies, with advance notice.

About Bathing (Important Information)
At this time, there is no on-site shower. The yurt is equipped with a clean, well-maintained composting toilet, handwashing station, and basic wash-up amenities.
A greenhouse-style outdoor shower is currently in development and will be added as part of our ongoing efforts to thoughtfully expand the farm while staying true to our off-grid values. Until then, this stay is best suited for guests comfortable with a rustic bathing setup.
Events & Gatherings
Chaiya Farms is available for small events and gatherings that align with the peaceful nature of the property. This may include intimate celebrations, workshops, retreats, or photo sessions.
