- This is a split-entrance single-family home with two separate units (upper-level unit A and lower-level unit B). This listing is for LOWER LEVEL ONLY, with the backyard. It does NOT include the upper level, the front yard, or the balcony.
- Guests staying in the upper have a separate entrance and will not have access to the lower level. The two rentals each have their own private entrance and do not share amenities in any way. When there are guests staying upstairs, you will be able to hear them. If there are any noise concerns, you are welcome to reach out to us and we will let the upper guests know.
- The home has a one zone heating and the thermostat is not in this unit (in the upper floor unit). However, the thermostat will be kept at a comfortable 68 degrees during the colder seasons. Portable heaters and fans for each space are provided for additional temperature control as needed.
This is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home all on one level, walking out to a large flat backyard. The whole home is newly remodeled and freshly decorated. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with cookware, silverware, serving ware, spices, coffee & tea for all your cooking needs. All beds are outfitted with high-quality mattresses and linens. Sit around the fireplace with the cracking sound of fire or enjoy some outdoor game on the large and flat lawn in the backyard.

Guest Access:
Guest has full access to one level of the home (kitchen, dining, living, laundry, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, backyard). This rental does not include the upper floor, the balcony or the front yard. Guest access will be granted via a smart lock.

- If you have not been identity verified via the booking platform, you consent to completing a third-party to screening to verify your identity and check criminal databases. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking confirmation or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier to confirm your reservation. - We believe our home to be child and family-friendly but the home is not child-proofed. Please do not leave children unattended.
- The home is on one-zone heating and the thermostat is on the upper level (not in this unit)
- Please note that the home does not have an AC but we have fans in each bedroom
- Maintenance: Vendors (e.g. landscaper) may stop by to conduct work on exterior spaces. They will not be allowed in the home without guests’ prior permission. Also, there may be an active pest control plan which may include baits (e.g. ant bait) inside the home. They are usually placed where children and pets can’t reach them, but please do not leave pets and children unattended.
**About Fees & Pricing**
- We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
- We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
- One complimentary date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
**House Rules**
- Strictly NO parties and events ($500 fine), NO pets, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home.
