This golf getaway offers comfortable outdoor living space with a screened porch sitting area and deck with seating for 7 people. There is also a gas grill for guest's use.

The 2nd bedroom with 1 queen bed and a toddler bed with a wall mounted TV. The 3rd bedroom with 4 twin beds and a TV. These 2 bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom.
This house includes central heating and air conditioning, full size washer/dryer, parking for at least 2 vehicles at the driveway and surrounding street. The garage also comes with beach chairs and sand toys.
To access amenities renters may purchase passes at the prevailing rate established by the association. Passes may be purchased up to the allotted housing limit by accessing the website or purchasing at the Pavilion during normal operating hours. Children under the age of 4 do not require a pass. Guests can enjoy an outdoor pool, heated indoor lap pool, hot tub, two saunas, indoor showers adjacent to pools, six Har-Tru tennis courts, basketball courts, ping pong, and a well-appointed fitness center. Additionally, a beach shuttle service that runs throughout the community and takes you to downtown Bethany Beach.

Sheet sets and towel sets will be delivered to your rental prior to your arrival. Guests are responsible for putting linens on the beds as well as removing linens and placing them in the provided linens bags at the end of the reservation. A Starter Kit is provided with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, a 3oz bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, and a 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.
