Well equipped kitchen with stainless appliances. Two separate work spaces just in case business calls. Lovely views to the east. It's a leisurely one block walk to the coveted Pannikin coffee shop and other Coast Highway eateries and shops. Feel free to use any beach gear, a soft-top surf board and cruiser bikes that are located in main level storage sheds. Easy street parking along property line. Requires a minimum of 31 night stay. Please note, this is a quiet neighborhood and the Encinitas noise ordinance is in full effect. No parties, loud music or events allowed.
