Pictures do not do this property justice. Located on a pond with ducks that feed into a steam right off of your private deck with hot tub. Perfect for families or a romantic couples retreat. Inside you will find a stunning remodel and good design and details ! Lots of amenities! Foos ball table, multi-cade arcade! Can’t wait to host you!

The setting provides ultimate beauty and relaxation for the PERFECT retreat. Pictures do not do it justice! The ponds are so beautiful, peaceful and serene.
Minutes from downtown - only 3 miles to The Gatlinburg Pkwy and attractions such as Anakeesta, and Skylift Park, but quiet and private for ultimate relaxation after a long busy day. Close proximity to the National Park Entrance, on a typical day only a 20 minute drive to the park entrance!
The cabin has a king suite, loft with twin bunk beds, and a sofa pull out couch. Pond is for admiring for its beauty & the ducks, but no fishing or swimming.
No steep roads or driveway! Ramp and no stairs to access the cabin. Private driveway and parking spots. Main bedroom and full bath on main floor.

Gorgeous and pristine location within the highly desirable Black Bear Falls resort. No Steep Roads or driveways! Cabin sits upon 2 idyllic ponds with welcoming wild ducks. During Winter, a creek and small waterfall runs alongside the entire length of your private deck and outdoor sitting area. 3 miles to downtown Gatlinburg, but set back in a private and woodsy location away from the hustle and bustle.
Clubhouse and heated pool access. Pool seasonal Memorial Day thru Labor Day.
