This listing is a one bedroom, 1 bath apartment in an awesome location, close to everything the island has to offer, conveniently located less than 1 mile from the beach, restaurants, and shopping. This is a downstairs apartment in a vacation rental home located in an upscale, private, and quiet neighborhood in the south end of the island. The upstairs unit is also a rental unit for up to six people that may generate some noise from time to time. However, the apartment is completely separate from the upstairs unit with its own entrance. No need to bring beach equipment with you, as we provide beach chairs, coolers, etc. Appropriate for a single person or a couple. One car only, Please inquire about pets! We have a cat that needs to be fed.
We cater to FLETC personnel on TDY orders receiving a per diem expense of at least 3 months or more. We own homes on St. Simons Island to assist our federal workers with places to stay in a very tight rental market. Customs, border patrol, FLETC, federal law enforcement training center, marshals, etc.
