Summary: For some unknown reason this place was already rated "excellent" whereas there was no previous reviews. So I felt a little bit manipulated as this place without being bad was way overrated. Although the place is generally clean, it nis not maintained properly. Some stuffs need some fixing. The room I stayed in for almost 10 days had suffered water leakage in the wall which resulted in traces on the wall which has not been redone or even painted. The mattress is definitely not comfortable & kitchen area where cooking is not possible still has the old cooking appliance, a very old blender nobody uses that could easily be replaced with a toaster. The fridge with a little tray for each room is a good thing so you can store your stuff. The main living area deserves at least a fan as the heat is just unbearable. As there is a TV (very good point) with Netflix & Youtube in each room, the one in this area stop other people from using this place when someone is watching tv. A glass door could also be useful for some AC as this is an open air area otherwise that prevents the use of air conditioning. One can feel that an effort is made to make this place a good one, but with (too) limited human presence. The potential is there but more time and consideration should be invested to make this place an excellent place to stay by adding, for instance laundry service. Breakfast included for a little extra would not be stupid & would add value to this place where the cleaning staff is AWSOME.
