Welcome to Heaven Can Wait. We are located 30 minutes north of Yellowstone National Park on 600 feet of private Yellowstone River Front property. The double story manufactured home has plenty of sleeping space for up to 8 guests and the ground floor has ample room for relaxing and recreation. The gazebo is located feet from the Yellowstone River, a perfect place for picnicking or catching rising trout with a fly rod.
Upstairs is the main sleeping quarters. There are 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king bed and has ample closet space, mountain views, and a private en suite bathroom with a large jetted tub, double vanity, shower and toilet. The other three bedrooms are themed. The colorful blanket room has a queen bed and Yellowstone River views. The "Japanese" room has a queen pull out sofa, custom designed and very comfortable. The "Western" room has two twin beds with over head reading lights. There are two living room areas upstairs. One has a small wet bar, plenty of couch space, a large TV and gas fireplace. The second living room greets the rear main entrance with a coffee table and two couches.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an island and then a dining table, all facing the Yellowstone River. There are two large glass sliding doors facing the dining table with access to the deck.
The three guest rooms upstairs share one bathroom with a shower. There is also a small laundry room which is also the deck entry way with a washer and dryer for guest use.
Downstairs has been updated and serves as the recreation room complete with a large wet bar with high top stools, large TV with a sleeping futon, additional sleeping futon for one small child, ping pong table, foosball table, and space for creativity, reading, and relaxing. There is a powder bathroom downstairs as well. The two sliding glass doors lead to the covered cement patio and parking area, all with Yellowstone River and Paradise Valley views.
Please note, hunters not welcome and absolutely no hunting or using firearms on the property!
