Relax and enjoy this Guest House with views of a lake with great history and a property to match. Start out your day with a cup of your favorite coffee out on the balcony or lakeside, watching the sun reflect off the lake and listening to nature. Then take out a kayak or paddle board for a bit of cardio before heading out to the parks, or enjoy some of Orlando’s hidden secrets for a bit of local fun.
The space
When you get home from the event filled day, relax by the fire pit and enjoy your favorite beverage while the kids play in the enormous back yard.
We are centrally located so you have easy access to the attractions, downtown, and close to several other lakes and dog friendly parks.
This space is dog friendly for one dog less than 25 pounds. No cats allowed. There may be other dogs on the property
Guest access
All outside common areas and yard to the lake. You also have a private balcony at the front of the house. Additional guests who are not on the reservation are not allowed without prior approval. Quiet hours are between 8 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Other things to note
The property is pet friendly for one small dog, no cats. Baggage/luggage storage is available for early check in. Lessee must be present throughout the duration of lease. The property is non smoking(including vaping and e-cigarettes). Please park in front of the garage bay closest to the street. If you have more than one car please park it on the street and not behind your first car. Please no parties. No exceptions. To pull down the blinds, hold at the top and gently pull down on the bottom. Accommodation interiors/decoration subject to change at the discretion of the property owners. Grounds are seasonal, not everything is always in bloom, even Florida has a brief winter season when leaves are dropping and it is a little chilly. And finally, the amenities are not always avail to guest. We apologize for any inconvenience ahead of time, but there are times that we, the owners will reserve them for our private use.
