Positive: Clean pool. Nice amenities. Hats off to the enlightened person who rid the hotel of DO NOT DISTURB sign. I really appreciated the wording. Taking things easy. Much more civilized. I don't stay at "This" hotel for sleep. But to rest from the world at large. Mmm warn folks that food delivery is a gamble in site. Learned the hard way.

Negative: Staff last night needs CSR training. Last time was good. Interrupting a client for my ID for expediency should be saved for busy times. I work in hospitality. Remind that millennial my business provides his paycheck.... Desk jokey should try manual labor. :) My room didn't have a spoon for coffee ☕ A water pitcher would be more professional than using the ice bucket to fill coffee maker. All good. I used my glasses to stir coffee. I'll re-book none the less. My mini vacation place. Christopher
