Our home is perfect for families, groups of friends or workers that need a comfortable home away from home to either relax between adventures in our area, or between work shifts. We are located in the back corner in a peaceful neighborhood. Our neighborhood has a seasonal swimming pool (Approximately April 1 – September 30); Playground, pond with catch and release fishing and frequent events and food trucks.

Street Parking is Prohibited Driveway can hold a maximum of 4 Vehicle. The full vehicle must be able to fit in the driveway.

We request you input proper number of guests at the time of booking. With our county permitting; beyond 10 guests regardless of age is an additional 100$ per night. Our maximum number of vehicles permitted is 4, and they must fit in the driveway. There is a $100 per vehicle per night charge for vehicles not parked in the driveway. Please inquire with host ahead of time if we need to verify vehicles fitting in driveway or secure alternate parking arrangements. We permit pets, however there is a $500 pet fee that is non refundable.
