Positive: It's not a bad hotel overall, centrally located in Cauca Viejo, but in comparison with others on our trip, it was disappointing in several respects - see below.

Negative: The hotel is split over several buildings around the main central gardens of the pueblo. Although you have access to all the buildings in theory, it's a bit uncomfortable - you may need to move buildings for breakfast, or to access the larger pool. Breakfast was a buffet and of poor quality. Towels were torn and stained. Worst aspect was the staff and service. Whilst there were many staff in evidence, they were unattentive, talking amongst themselves and reluctant to help. They made a lot of noise early in the morning (6 am) whilst preparing breakfast. In general they seemed poorly trained, not being aware, for example, of VAT exemptions for non-residents of Colombia, not explaining aircon functioning or wifi etc.etc.

Summary: A pleasant location in Cauca Viejo, marred by very poor service.
