Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Very nice and spacious room. Nice lobby and good location. Mauricio, the pool bar man, was very nice and helpful. Visited there daily over our stay and had a very good experience there. Breakfast was very good.

Negative: The reception lady we dealt with was a very difficult individual. She lacked customer service skills and it was a real turn off at check in and also later when we needed a second key. The AC in the room was set very cold. Found it difficult to control the temp in the room.

Summary: Nice option but will probably stay elsewhere next visit due to customer service issues experienced
