Summary: Room was very clean. Staff was very courteous and professional. Nice hotel. Only real issue was the $15 hot chocolate/dessert bar. Really? $15 because the Festival of Lights Parade was going on? For what is charged for the stupid "resort" fees, and what the "hot chocolate bar" was, that should have been comped.
