This beautiful single family home is newly renovated and offers an open concept floor plan. This is one of Cadaci Vacation Rentals favorite homes in the highly desired South Scottsdale area. This is the perfect home for families and is pet friendly. The kitchen, living room, dining room and family room are all open and perfect for gatherings. Cook, eat, play pool, watch TV, and hang out together here inside or outside! You will love the ten foot kitchen island with bar seating and separate bar with sink and wine fridge. The bedrooms are spacious and all have a different theme. There is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your use. The bathrooms are spacious and have huge walk in showers with Rain heads and handheld shower heads. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans. All brand new furnishings and household items. Bring your clothes, we have everything else to get your started on your vacation. Outside you will find a dining area with a table and chairs for six, a BBQ, firepit with plenty of seating around it, large sun umbrella with LED lights so you can use at night! Next to the firepit is a volley ball court for more fun. (Volley ball court is not official size and for play and fun only). There is another seating area with a couple of lounge chairs for sunning and a small cafe set as well. This home has plenty of covered parking in the front and side.
This is the perfect home to hangout in the backyard and play games, sit by the bbq making smores and make some great memories. It's so close to all the fun entertainment Old Town Scottsdale has to offer including clubs, restaurants, shopping, art galleries, street fairs and so much more!
