Summary: The flat was in good condition, with some expected wear on certain items. The gym and terrace were great additions to the stay, and the on-site staff was friendly and helpful. However, the check-in process was a major inconvenience. Despite completing the online check-in form before arrival, my friend, who arrived an hour earlier than us, was unable to access the property using the code provided via email. Resolving the issue took nearly two hours as we had to coordinate with individuals in Peru who managed the booking for the property in Colombia.
