Summary: The staff are usually extremely nice and accommodating. This time, not so much. We have a senior and puppy graet danes, and this was the puppy's first road trip. When we got to the hotel, she was super excited, and jumped up on the bed and peed. I went to the desk clerk and asked for a new flat sheet and blanket, but apparently they only have 1 blanket per bed. When we went to check out. She kept $25 of my pet deposit, "because there is pee on the floor". I explained to her how they were great danes and when they drink, they dribble everywhere, and thats what was on the floor. She didnt care. Ill probably find a new motel the next time we go there. Besides that, the pool is never open.
