The Space:
My trendy home is tastefully decorated with designer finishes.
** PLEASE NOTE: This home is pet friendly! There's an additional pet cleaning fee of $50.00 per pet. Pet restrictions to only allow cats & dogs. Please reach out to the host with any further questions! **
** We do allow events at this home. There's an additional $750 event fee for over 14 allowed guests at the home. The fee covers the additional cleaning & wear & tear on the home. We allow up to 30 guests for your event, however only 14 guests are allowed to stay overnight.**
Kitchen/Dining: Fully equipped with plates, cups, coffee mugs, wine glasses, utensils, pots/pans, stainless steel refrigerator, electric stove, microwave & dishwasher! The granite counter island has 4 bar stools for you to enjoy a quick bite or your morning coffee from the Keurig Coffee machine. The coffee bar is stocked with creamer, sugar and K-Cups that are available to use.
Living Room: Enjoy the open floor plan, sliding doors leading to the outdoor patio & a spacious living room featuring a leather sectional & seat. Netflix, Hulu, YouTube and more are available via the Smart TV. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also available for all of your streaming/ internet needs.
Dining Area: Enjoy your meals & gatherings around our stylish 8 FT dining table that seats 8 guests comfortably.
Sleeping Quarters:
Master Bedroom- Get a great nights rest on the King size memory foam mattress, luxury bedding, soft pillows, down comforter & a quilt (for the cooler nights). The master bedroom also has a pull out trundle for additional sleeping guests.A TV is provided in the bedroom. The closet is stocked with additional pillows & blankets. This bedroom is located on the 1st floor.
The full restroom features a tub / shower combo with tile and a single vanity. Fresh towels, linens & makeup towels are provided as well. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are available for you to use and enjoy during your stay. This bathroom is located on the 1st floor & is not attached to the master bedroom.
The 2nd bedroom is equipped with a King memory foam mattress, luxury bedding, soft pillows, down comforter, & a quilt as well. The 2nd bedroom also has a twin trundle (twin size bed plus a pull out trundle) in the same room. The closet is stocked with additional pillows & blankets. This bedroom is located on the 2nd floor and has access to the 2nd floor patio.
2nd Bathroom: Enjoy the tiled walk in shower featuring a frameless glass design and a double vanity w/ plenty of storage. Fresh towels, linens & makeup towels are provided as well. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are available for you to use and enjoy during your stay. This bathroom is located on the 2nd floor attached the bedroom #2.
The 3rd bedroom is equipped with a Queen memory foam mattress, luxury bedding, soft pillows, down comforter, & a quilt as well. This bedroom is located on the 2nd floor and has access to the 2nd floor patio.
3rd Bathroom: This bathroom features a shower / tub combo with an antimicrobial shower liner & a double vanity w/ plenty of storage. Fresh towels, linens & makeup towels are provided as well. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are available for you to use and enjoy during your stay. This bathroom is located on the 2nd floor and is located off of the hall.
The 4th bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed that can sleep 3-4 people. (1 on top, 2 on bottom) and 1 trundle bed that pulls out.
For your convenience, the full-size washer and dryer are available to use with complimentary detergent located on the 1st floor.
Other Details: The HVAC and Heater are in your control! Feel free to modify the temperature for your comfort. Please do not adjust the thermostat below 69 degrees to prevent the HVAC unit from freezing. There are plenty of windows in the house to provide natural light which offers a bright-open feel!
Exterior: The home is fenced off on all 4 sides and features a walk up gate and a manual sliding gate for car parking. The rear of the home has a large patio on the 1st floor accessible from the living room. The 2nd story has another large patio accessible from 2 of the bedrooms. The firework shows during Fiesta, 4th of July & NYE have a great view from the second story patio! The patio features Adirondack chairs for seating. The front of the home is landscaped with large rock and the rear is landscaped with turf for your furry friends.
Parking: Tandem private parking is available on-site (3 cars MAX). The property has a covered carport for 1.5-2 cars and a driveway for the additional car. All other cars may park on the paved city street (free parking).
Guest Access:
The entire home is yours to enjoy during your stay! However, the kitchen pantry is locked and is being used as storage for the owner's closet.

Dignowity Hill is an up & coming urban neighborhood in San Antonio going through gentrification & revitalization featuring older homes, newer development, industrial and small local retailers. The city is repaving some streets so there's a potential for some noise.
It is a walkable neighborhood with sidewalks and is approximately a 1.5 mile walk to The Alamo & 1.2 mile walk into the downtown riverwalk.

Uber, Lyft & Taxi's are available for mobile transportation, usually with only a few minutes wait. The scooters available nearby are Bird, Lime, and Razor. There's a B-Cycle Station (rental bikes) approx. 2.5 miles away at The Pearl Brewery available for hourly or daily rental.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that the city is paving many streets around the home w/ the potential for some noise. This is an area with incredible growth. You will see many home being renovated.
