THE SPACE
Anytime Cottage is a quaint hideaway tucked in the neighborhood of Island South. We are just off Demere & Skylane Roads near the East Beach Causeway. East Beach Causeway is the gateway to the popular Coast Guard Station Entrance of the beach.

You will love this adorable hideaway decorated in the relaxing charm of our coastal area. All one level living. Sleeps up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms.

We offer our home as pet friendly. To be sure there is no misunderstanding, you must get management approval before bringing your pet. Only 1 dog is accepted. A nonrefundable pet fee will apply of $150. We ask that you are respectful when bringing your fur baby. Please pick up after your pet, please do not bring if not house trained, and do not let your pet on the furniture unless you bring coverings for him or her to lay on. We want to keep the home as nice for the next guest.

Step into the layout of Anytime:
Upon entry you are in an open space. The entry is into the dining area, kitchen with breakfast bar and opens to the family room with large screen smart TV and a decorative fireplace to add ambiance.

Off the family room is the master bedroom with a Queen size bed, Smart TV, adjoining bathroom with combo tub/shower and a walk-in closet.

Off the kitchen is the guest bedroom with two Twin/Single size bed, TV and small hall to bathroom with combo tub/shower. Kitchen has a drip style coffee maker and a Keurig.

Off the kitchen to the front of the home is a laundry area and pantry storage.

From the family room you can enjoy access the patio area with comfortable seating, dining and a gas grill. This area is fenced in. Cushions are provided and kept in the deck boxes.
Starter supply packs are provided, plan to bring additional paper, bath, kitchen and laundry supplies as you and your family may need.

Per the HOA we are only able to host 30 night+ rentals, no short term rental is permitted here. FLETC per diem rates accepted for federal employees.

Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $150 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
