It is in the same neighbourhood as the Hilton, Hotel Dann and Hotel Caribe. It features 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 bathrooms, Wrap around Balcony and a terrace with a 9 person whirlpool with amazing views of the sea/ beach area, a fully equipped kitchen. It features Six independently controlled mini split air-conditioning systems, towels, linens, iron and hot water. Six Flat TV screens, free Wireless internet access. There is also a common area pool in the same building including a children's swimming area and miles of beaches within a short walk. Controlled garage parking for two cars. As an option a Maid can cook, clean and wash daily for about $19.00 US or take a $4.00 U.S taxi ride to the old city (7 to 10 minutes) and enjoy the fabulous restaurants, shopping and the nightlife. Please let us know if you require a baby playpen and or a high chair. It is available upon request at no extra charge. There is a $60,000 Colombian pesos ($15.00 approx. USD) total (not per Guest) fee for the initial arrival registration charge for up to 12 Guests. For Visitors/ Guests that are not registered at the initial arrival time of arrival there is a $60,000 Colombian pesos ($15.00 USD approx.) registration charge per visitor/person. Pool is closed on Mondays for Maintenance. The above fees are subject to change. Colombian Residents may be subject to a Vat tax. Flowers and drinks are for illustration only. Guests to be of legal age to Register (18 Years old in Colombia and Colombians also have to have a Cedula). If Parents are traveling with minors (under 18 years old) to be accompanied by the parents, if not to have a notarized letter stating that they can travel/ stay with the Adult registering. All Minors must also be accompanied by an Adult while inside the Penthouse. There are rules like most other Condominium Complexes. If you have a specific question please inquire.
