Close to a wide array of grocery stores, restaurants and night life, the lively Ballard and Greenwood neighborhoods are nearby and downtown Seattle is less than 1/2 hour away by car or transit.
Inside, the house is divided into two floors. The main floor is light-filled with oak hardwood flooring and large west-facing windows with mountain & sound views. There is a cozy living room with baby grand piano & fire place, a dining room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen with dinette, and a gorgeous primary bathroom.

Each bedroom is unique and distinctive with plenty of storage space in closets and dressers. The two upstairs bedrooms are full of light while the basement bedroom darker and cozier. Each bedroom has modern comfortable mattresses, cotton linens, comforters, extra blankets and locking doors:
- Primary bedroom is spacious and has a king size bed with Helix Midnight mattress. Connected to the primary bathroom for ensuite access.
- 2nd bedroom has a full-size bed and sliding door access to back deck and yard
- 3rd bedroom in basement is cozy cedar paneled bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed and french doors access to the back yard
- There is an additional full-size murphy bed in the open basement area/family room

Elegant light-filled room with comfortable seating, fireplace, large picture window with west facing views. The Yamaha baby grand piano is in tune and ready for any virtuoso pianist to tinkle the keys.

The main part of the basement has an open floor plan and plush carpet. The living area has two couches, a fireplace, 55" Smart TV, a cozy bar nook, dart board, bookshelves and a separate area with a full size murphy bed.

PARKING:
There is a detached secure garage for one car with automatic door opener along with ample free street parking out front.
