A/C’s in all BR and in the living room. 5 floors without elevator and no gated security. Everything is brand new and remodeled carefully. The location can't be better if you want to be in the middle of El Poblado or Parque Lleras. Please keep in mind that this is a party area, lots of people, clubs, high level music until 4-5 a.m. More information The space Enter the apartment into the living room and kitchen with the panoramic windows facing Parque Lleras and incredible vista all over the park and the mountains. The kitchen is open with a bar next to the living room who has a wide screen TV and A/C. On first floor two bedrooms next to each other, both with A/C, TV's, queen size bed and a bathroom between. There is also a bathroom just outside the bedrooms so each can have their own. Upstairs is the terrace with a jacuzzi were you can enjoy with friends or family day or night. Facing Parque Lleras and also view on the back. Up here is the master bedroom also with queen size bed, closet and TV. Ensuite bathroom. The terrace has enough space for you to mingle around. If you want to be as near Parque Lleras as possible you can't be closer than this, you're practically in the middle of the park. The door to building is hardly ever locked; there are cameras in the upper floors. Your door is impossible to enter without you letting the person in. NOISE. YES THERE WILL BE NOISE FROM BARS.
