Summary: Upon arriving, I was dropped off by the taxi down the block due to the street not being a drivable street. The area is super loud lot of people that constantly hound you to buy things. I understand. I’m in another country and that’s how they make their living. I’m not against that at all however, if a person says no more than three times then that should mean no.. the actual place we stayed at we were greeted by a nice housekeeper unfortunately she didn’t speak any English so there was a huge language barrier. The front door is extremely small. It’s like a midget door to which you enter and exit from.. upon viewing the property originally we were told there is a pool. They’re actually is not a pool. They have this little small area that looks like a pool however it goes up to your ankles if that.. the hot tub was very dirty. It looked like it had built up dirt from people being in it. We originally had a three day stay planned after the first day we realize that is definitely not the place for us to stay for our vacation.. there was breakfast served, which was pretty good . The bathroom was extremely hot. The air conditioning works only if the key remains in the wall so if you leave for the day and come back, it is extremely hot.. It definitely was a location where you’re in the middle of everything but it’s not a place where you would want to stay and enjoy your vacation.. we wind up, leaving and checking into the Hyatt in Boca grande.
