It is a small and quiet complex with only 36 units in twin, three story buildings. In the middle of the 2 buildings is an oceanfront courtyard with pool. The fenced in courtyard is very spacious with plenty of room for sun bathing, relaxing, or just sitting by the pool. No need to run down early to save chairs, since there are more than enough lounge chairs for everyone. Beside the sundeck, there is a covered picnic area to enjoy your lunch in the shade or just gather with friends. There is a poolside outdoor shower and a private path which leads directly to the beach from the courtyard. Palmwood also has a grilling area for family cookouts. If you should have a problem or have a question, our resident manager is happy to help you.
This unit is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath spacious condo right on the beach with a screened in porch with a breathtaking ocean view! Brand new queen mattress in the master bedroom and two new twin mattresses in the second bedroom. Brand new stackable washer and dryer in the unit. Storage area on the ground floor to keep your beach chairs and toys in for your convenience. The kitchen has all the comforts and conveniences of home: full size range with self-cleaning oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator, blender, coffeemaker, toaster, plus all the utensils necessary for cooking and dining. There is a flat screen TV with cable in each bedroom along with the one in the Living Room with Roku.
There will be linens and towels and a starter set of toiletries (1 roll of toilet paper, a bar of hand soap and a trash bag per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, 2 kitchen rags, dishwasher packet and 1 kitchen trash bag).
