One Ocean Place is the perfect destination for your family beach vacation - huge deck, floor to ceiling windows, washer & drier, 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, gated undercover parking, and 24 hour security. This immaculate 3 bedroom/3 full bathroom spacious (1,800 sq. ft.) condo offers an AMAZING view of the beach and ocean from the 9th floor. This unit has a dining room bumpout and more windows than your normal OOP condo. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with a view that allows you to watch the morning sun rise out of the ocean without lifting your head off the pillow! Bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed and bedroom #3 has two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom and HD TV. If you need additional sleeping capacity, the couch in the living room opens up into a queen-size sleeper. A baby Pack' N Play can also be provided upon request. Our living and dining areas are extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable - perfect for lounging around after a full day in the sun! The floor to ceiling windows, dining room windows, and two sliding doors offer a view from inside that can't be beat. Our wifi system is specific to our unit and offers the choice of normal wifi or the newer 5G (if your device is equipped). The large TV in the living room is HD and is equipped with a VCR. Our condo also has a washer and drier for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities of home, including: ice maker, regular coffee maker, blender, microwave, large selection of pots and pans, and plenty dishware! If you are looking for a change of pace from the wind, waves, and sand, One Ocean Place offers a monstrous sized pool deck with pools and hot tubs at each end with plenty of lounge chairs surrounding the crystal-clear pools (cleaned daily) and overlooking the ocean. This is a family-owned condo and we take a lot of pride in its cleanliness and appearance. Our Aunt & Uncle are permanent residents of One Ocean Place and will be available to help ensure that your vacation experience with us is worry-free.
