"Villa Char Stone Harbor" is 5th house from the finest beach in Stone Harbor, this lovely 5 bedroom, 3 full baths and one powder room is a short stroll to downtown. We purchased this home ("Villa Char Stone Harbor") in July 2016 and added a fabulous heated pool in May 2017. First floor of our home features 3 large bedrooms. The front bedroom (king bed with twin daybed) is the largest and leads to a covered deck. The second bedroom on 1st floor is also a King bed and the third bedroom on 1st floor is 1 Queen bed. Also, on the first floor there is a full laundry room, a full bathroom and a powder room. Second floor features a living room with cathedral ceilings, dining area with french doors to a large outside deck with great ocean views.
Modern kitchen with granite counters and a center island. The master suite on 2nd floor features a walk in closet and full bath with a whirlpool tub and walk in shower and door to an outside deck. Second bedroom on 2nd floor has 1 double bed (pottery barn boat bed) and a set of bunk beds (1 double bed on lower bunk and 1 twin on upper bunk) to accommodate the kids, plus an additional full bathroom in the hall. For your enjoyment, there is a regulation shuffleboard court on the side of the building and a foosball table in the sunroom.

We do weekly rentals going Saturday to Saturday between mid May and through the month of September.
