1 Bedroom House in Federal Hill, Providence
PLEASE READ: Send me an inquiry first not a request and include all details of your stay such as why you need this place, how many people if you have pets and where you are from and how long you need it for and any questions you have for me. We are looking for an immediate longterm stay and we will only do a short stay such as 2 days to a week if it’s very close to the Check-in date we will not accept stays way in advance especially if it’s only a week to a few days. This cozy studio located in the center of Federal Hill in DePasquale Square is a great place to stay if you like being in the center of it all. It sleeps 3 people 1 in the twin loft bunk and 2 more in the pull out sofa below. We offer a mini kitchen and a full bathroom with a full size tub and bidet. We have parking available nearby (1 minute walk) Free WiFi and a 50” Roku smart tv with keyless entry in a secure condo building with a fine dining Italian restaurant below.
The space
This is a very cozy studio in the famous historic area of Providence called Federal Hill the unit is in the heart of Federal Hill its a popular square with a large water fountain it’s called DePasquale Square. Home of 30plus restaurants.
Other things to note
My studio is so close to all of New England ! First we have Our own Historic Down-town with Waterfires and lots of other activities then you can hit Newport in 40 minutes to enjoy a historic seaport city and the ocean along with the Newport Mansions then Boston is only 50 minutes north of Providence or you can go to Foxwoods one of the biggest casinos in the USA or our local closer casino Twin River it’s 10 minutes from Down-town Providence ! Cape Cod in 1-1/2 or New York City in 3-4 hours New Hampshire or Maine coast in 2-3 hours.
