The Space:
This charming space is ultra clean and perfectly nestled near the best Kansas City has to offer. Conveniently located a short walk away from the Country Club Plaza you’ll be steps to restaurants, cafes, pubs & shopping.
With three private bedrooms, each equipped with comfortable beds and plenty of closet space, our home can accommodate up to 7 guests.
Our living room is the perfect place to relax after a long day of sightseeing or business meetings. Sink into the coziest sofa and watch your favorite shows on our flat-screen TV, or catch up on work at the nearby desk. The open-concept layout allows you to easily move between the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, which features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
We also have a private outdoor patio with seating, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.
Our spacious and inviting basement is the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of exploring all that our city has to offer.
With plenty of seating options, including a sectional sofa and armchairs perfect for watching movies. And when you're ready for some friendly competition, challenge your companions to a game of air hockey on our full-sized table! It's the perfect way to spend a rainy day or evening in.
Our home is located just a few blocks from the shops, restaurants, and bars in the West Plaza area, and is just a short drive or Uber ride from downtown Kansas City. We provide free high-speed Wi-Fi, central air conditioning and heating, and all the amenities you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. We can't wait to host you!
Guest Access:
You have access to the whole home. The garage located at the back of the house is off limits but there is carport parking on either side

Getting Around:
Lots of your destinations will be within walking distance if you're working or playing downtown. Light rail runs a couple blocks away, and Bike Share KC rentals and scooters are available, as well as a comprehensive bus system. Uber is also popular around here.
You'll have a private carport parking at our location, a quiet residential boulevard just around the corner from all the action.

HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
Disclaimer- We have an EXTERIOR Security camera located in the entrance of our home that record activity when somebody comes enters and leave the area of residence. The exterior security cameras are in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy, No unregistered Animal/Pet Policy, No Smoking Policy, No Party/Guests or Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes.
Trip-Related Issues. From time to time, things happen! And when they do, we want the opportunity to fix them immediately, so you can continue enjoying your stay. If any issues come up, please let us know so we can try our best to fix it right away!
Our check-in time is 4pm check out is 10 am. There are no exceptions to this rule unless previously agreed upon with the host.
There is a noise curfew of 10 pm. Please, at all times, be mindful of the neighbors and residents around you.
NOTE: There are exterior security cameras at the entrance of the home for the safety of our tenants and for the security of the residence and our guests. The cameras are all pointing away from the home and are in public view and are recording 24/7
--Minimum Age to rent is 21 years old.
Interaction with Guests:
You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
