The Space:
With four levels in total, discover two main living areas and two rooftop terraces offering breathtaking views. The lower level is communal, housing three glamping tents, and features an open floor plan with a shared sitting and relaxing area, a large pool with sunbathing zones, outdoor shower, luxurious indoor bathroom, kitchen, dining area, BBQ, mini washer, a well-equipped gym, and a yoga space. The three glamping tents on the property provide an enchanting experience and share the communal sitting area and kitchen.
Above, on the main floor, there is a private entrance to the penthouse with a world-class kitchen, a stone and wood dining area, a grand desk and chair, and a chess table, along with expansive decks, a stunning bathroom, outdoor shower, and a luxurious king-size bed with panoramic views.
The rooftops serve as communal spaces for enjoying beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The topmost level is a small sky terrace offering the ultimate views.

Your vehicles can be parked securely within our castle walls and locked gate, ensuring privacy and peace of mind during your stay.

Regarding entry to the grounds, we will provide you with instructions after booking, along with a key code for the Penthouse.
The Neighborhood:
Our location offers the perfect blend of convenience, adventure, and tranquillity! We’re the closest house to the bike access for world-class trails, catering to all levels of riders. These incredible trails wind up into the mountains, right at our doorstep, providing breathtaking views and an unforgettable biking experience.
Just down the hill, you'll find beach access and an excellent kiteboarding school, ideal for all levels of water enthusiasts. For an added touch of adventure, the HotSprings residential area is just a few minutes north, featuring unique natural hot springs at the ocean’s edge—a must-visit for relaxation.
The area also boasts miles of beautiful beaches perfect for long walks, and a grocery store is only a 5-minute drive away for all your essentials. Our neighborhood is peaceful, with friendly neighbors at a comfortable distance to enhance privacy while still offering a warm community feel.
Getting Around:
Getting around is easy with a few options to suit your preferences. We highly recommend renting a car for the freedom to explore the area fully, including nearby beaches, trails, and town. Alternatively, you can arrange for a shuttle from the airport, and once here, renting bikes is a great option for shorter trips and for exploring the nearby trails and beach access points.
While the town is just a few miles away, it can be a bit much for some to walk back and forth, so transportation options are ideal for convenience and maximizing your experience.
For parking, rest assured you’ll have plenty of secure space. Our property features a large private driveway where you can safely park and lock your vehicle within our fortress-like grounds, complete with a massive locking gate and walls surrounding the entire property.
Other Things to Note:
Our Palace is adult-oriented, with exceptions for minors.
We have unconventional heights for balcony edges (lower), and we stand High off the ground! Very dangerous for small children, or the elderly, or when drinking.
Please be aware that the patio floor by the pool can become very slippery when wet.
And there are several single steps on the lower level.
We recommend taking a moment during the day to get familiar with these areas to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay.
