Our home is in the North Gate area, just a short drive from the Air Force Academy. We have a two story home with four bedrooms up, a main level living space and a finished basement with a private bedroom, small gym, mini kitchen and a media space. We are in a cul-de-sac, on a very quiet street, backing up to Flying Horse Ranch. This is the perfect home base for Air Force Graduation Week. Please no smoking or pets as this is our primary residence.
We love our quiet, safe, neighborhood. A local coffee shop, Mission coffee, is within walking distance, and Starbucks is just a short drive away. We are close to the Great Wolf Lodge water park, movie theaters, and also convenient to Polaris Point restaurants and breweries. With accessibility to both the Powers corridor and I-25, you can be anywhere else in the Springs that you’d like to visit, in minutes.

Feel free to entertain friends and family, but nothing too loud or late – our neighbors have kids.
You are welcome to anything in the fridge or pantry.
