The lower level offers a bedroom (queen), living room, kitchenette, bathroom, and a separate exterior entrance.
And in the summer months, air conditioning cools the entire house.
You will have full access to the entire house (approx. 2125sq ft) as well as a private deck and shared basketball hoop!

No off-street parking is available, but we can provide a guest street parking permit upon request. Usually there is plenty of room to park on the street in front of the house.
