Summary: On the first day the door wouldn't lock and there was no hot water. a fellow named Eduardo came to fix both, had to get licensed gas plumber to fix the water heater.. took three days to have hot water. I had to message Claudia over twenty time in the three weeks I was there to get anything done, and she messed up even the simplest request. Eduardo the handyman seemed to be the best oto get anything done. He also rents apartments in the same building, better rates and he has an office right out front so you can talk with him whenever you need to, he also runs an exchange shop so again, easy to find and responds quickly. Mario and Maria are two more that rent apartments in Sunset that are also located at the front of the building and available when you need them. I would never rent from Claudia again
