Positive: It had a beautiful view and offered activities.

Negative: There were water leaks under the sink that puddled the floor. My parents stayed in the Presidential Suite and had a major water leak from the roof every single night it rained, to the point that the ceiling was caving in and water reached their bed. Alot of the functions in the room didn’t work, lighting was horrible and the mirror lights did not work. There was also a power outage that caused people to be stuck on their floors, with the only emergency exit accessible through my parent’s room, so there were strangers being allowed to walk through the room while my parents were away. They also refused to turn on the generator because they “had to wait 40 minutes to see if the power came back on its own”. The hotel did not offer any compensation for the leak in the rooms, which occurred every night during the 5 night stay, until the end when they only offered 10% off the consumptions at the hotel plus taking away the gratuity that was supposed to go to their hard working staff.
