Experience the best views in “the Fingers”, also known as “Modern Venice.” Our property features a 24x24 over-the-water sundeck, a swim/fishing deck, a private boat dock, kayaks, and a sparkling clean hot tub. Just minutes away from the best beach in Texas, it’s the perfect spot for family and friends. Enjoy floating the canal, bringing your SUP, boat, or jet ski, or renting them for some fun in the sun at Texas’ only tropical destination!

We would love to host you at Villa Venezia. We’re just minutes from South Padre Island Beaches and Isla Blanca Water Park, three minutes from dolphin watches, the historic Port Isabel Lighthouse, and great local dining. A few minutes more will take you to the island for additional shopping and dining. It’s the perfect location for your family and friends.
By Water: Villa Venezia is about 50 yards by boat, kayak, or SUP to the open water of the Laguna Madre and about 8 more minutes to the Gulf of Mexico.
By Land: Just a 2-minute drive or a 15-minute walk to the new Port Isabel Arturo Galvan Coastal Beach Park, which features grill areas, beach volleyball, a playground, covered picnic tables, great fishing, and shallow water fun. You can even kayak over if you like!
Activities: Boat out to the Laguna Madre or Gulf of Mexico to fish or hire a guide for deep-sea fishing. Some guides will pick you up right at our dock! Take your boat or jet ski over to the island and dock for lunch. If you just want to hit the beach, jump in the car and head over to South Padre Island and pick a spot at the best beach in Texas.
*Ever stay at a vacation rental and there was not enough seating at the dining table? Not enough sofa space in the living area? Not enough outside seating? We have more than enough for your group to be comfortable without being crowded inside and out.

*Please Note: Downstairs Bedroom has AC. Living area does not have AC. It does have ceiling fans and floor fans and if bedroom door is left open during the day and other doors left closed, the living area cools quite nicely.

**Villa Venezia is just a short drive to the best beaches, fun, shopping and dining South Padre Island and Port Isabel have to offer. Other activities nearby include the Beach Park at Isla Blanca Water Park, the famous Port Isabel Lighthouse and museums, Sea Life Nature Center, Fishing Pier, dolphin watch trips, kite surfing, shopping, boat tours and more only 5-15 minutes away. Enjoy the South Padre Island Birding And Nature Center, and the must visit Alligator Sanctuary and viewing tower with 3300 ft of boardwalks, wildlife and the scenic views.
Port Isabel Municipal Pool is about 1.5 miles away, open from June 13 to August 12. The fee is $1 for children and $2 for adults. Our neighborhood does not have a pool.
Aside from location, cleanliness and amenities, why else would you stay with us?
**We offer great views. Unlike so many, we have no views of Walmart or Storage Units (always check that!) no HOA to check in with, no parking fees, no draw bridges or cargo ships
**Because we do charge less than 1/2 of what we pay out to our cleaners and do not charge any extra for use of our dock, hot tub or kayaks, we do not discount any further except for week long stays, or monthly stays. *The Service fee is a Vrbo fee, not set by or paid to the host.
