This private space is a large one bedroom unit with a compact, yet fully equipped cooks kitchen, relaxing sun room, and a bright, charming bathroom with large refinished antique tub. Relax in the airy living room, stream your favorite programming, or read a book in the sun room on the convertible love seat which can become a chaise lounge or single bed. The comfortable large bedroom with queen sized luxury mattress and bedding is surprisingly serene in the evenings as the bustling neighborhood goes to sleep for the night. It is approximately a 20 minute drive to the Asheville Airport, and the bus line is only a block from the house. .
