Summary: Mateo is so kind and considerate. I had to make a last-minute change to this apartment-hotel due to another suddenly- and without warning - using heavily fragrances cleaners that qould have sent me to the hospital, and Mateo welcomed me in and made me feel completely at home.
Paola is wonderful. She's very kind and accomodating to cleaning on your schedule. She really takes care of you and makes you feel at home.
The apartments are wondeful. Evem though I was facing the street, it was very quiet and sleeping was not difficult. The junior sweet had one twin bed and one double bed, plus a couch. There's a kitchenette with a sink, stove top, full size fridge, and a microwave. From what I saw, it was stocked with basic kitchen utensils and dishes.
This is a fantastic place to stay. It's centrally located, so it's easy to get to where you want to go in an Uber, with everything touristy being about 30-45 minutes away depending on traffic. There's lots of great food in walking diatance. I felt completely safe as a single femme person in the neighborhood. I really enjoyed my two weeks at Hotel Alcázares.
