3 Bedroom Condo in La Boquilla, Cartagena

The perfect location for a no stress FAMILY vacation! The kitchen has a large capacity dishwasher and brand new W/D.
We have been closed since March 2020 and are happy to begin to open reservations starting December 2022. We require proof of vaccination.
Large Corner Beachfront family apartment in the Zona Norte section of Cartagena. A short walk to the Hotel Las Americas, Radisson, and Sonesta hotels. 205 square meters of lovely stone floor and whitewashed cement walls. Very private apartment only three apartments on the level. The apartment is located on the fifth floor, two floors from the rooftop pool. And the building has direct beach access.
The terrace is spacious with two sections, two double hammocks and a large 8 top table for al fresco dining.
The open kitchen and living/room dining area is breezy and bright, it also has 2 large ACs.
Three large comfortable bedrooms offer the privacy of their own full bathroom. There is also a guest half bath off of the living room.
There is an enclosed t.v. room/home office with a 43 inch smart tv, we have enhanced wifi and basic cable. However, if you need the internet for work, you should bring a backup source such as an international data plan for your phone or tablet as there are sometimes outages.
Our building is ubiquitous in the area and is well known for its unique feng shui design.
The building is very private and residential (please understand that is why we have such strict security procedures). There are 24-hour security guards at both the main entrance and garage and at the beach access entrance. Common areas have SECURITY CAMERAS. For example in both entrances, the parking lot and the upstairs pool and social areas. We do not control the cameras or their content.
Beach access is direct from the building and has outdoor showers and a bathroom available.
There is a small playground for young children on the second-floor mezzanine.
The rooftop common area has lots of open space for yoga and fitness and you are welcome to use our fitness items in the apartment.
WE CAN ONLY RENT TO FAMILIES AND REQUIRE PROOF OF A FAMILY RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN AT LEAST HALF OF THE GROUP. We welcome all families and gender identities. LGBTQIA+ FRIENDLY!
MAXIMUM 8 PERSONS INCLUDES BABIES.
BUILDING DOES NOT ALLOW DAY GUESTS OR PETS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

The building is 5 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from the walled city and 15-20 minutes from Bocagrande.
All reservations are TENTATIVE and subject to receipt of documentation and a separate signed rental agreement. We will ask you to agree to adhere to guidelines on Protection of the Environment, Respect for local Patrimony and vulnerable communities, Rejection of trafficking of local flora and fauna, Sexual Tourism, Child Labor and discrimination of any kind. Also, it required proof of parentage for children. Children not accompanied by both parents will require notarized permission from the absent parent. If you are not willing to sign a contract indicating your agreement with the above, please book elsewhere. You may cancel a requested reservation without penalty within 72 hours of receipt of the agreement if you do not agree to the terms. Please contact us with questions.
This is a LEGAL rental. We are licensed as a tourism provider and comply with all requirements including the newly enacted sustainable tourism code.

Please note that in addition to the nightly rate there are additional charges that may be added by VRBO when you book. This includes additional charges per person after 4 people with a firm maximum of 8. Please review the detailed quote before requesting a booking. First, the VRBO service fee is paid to and received by VRBO/Homeaway not us. We cannot return it to you if you cancel. That is entirely at Vrbo/HomeAway's discretion.
The Security Deposit is received and held by VRBO/HomeAway and is released to you directly by them at the end of your stay. We do not see, hold or otherwise control it. And if you choose to cancel within our cancellation policy period we cannot process a refund of those amounts. That must be done by you through vrbo.com directly.
The building charges a penalty per person for short-term rentals for anyone that enters, which is included in the rental price. Attempting entrance for anyone notregistered in the contract must be added to the contract.
NO DAY GUEST/VISITORS ARE PERMITTED.
All guests must be registered at the time of booking with copies of passports provided with the rental agreement. We reserve the right to refuse entry if the identity of any guest is changed.
