Summary: The only complaint I have is that I never received check in/check out info on VRBO (so I think this is their fault) but I was able to txt the owner and she gave us the code to get in. The house is in a perfect location, easy to get to downtown Dallas and about 20-30 to the outskirts. The first floor is down a few stairs when you walk in and was big enough for our kids to sleep on an air matress in the middle of the living room and there is a small office to the side with a fold down bed (full) and slept two kids, as well as a half bath. The second floor has a kitchen and a seperate dining area and a half bath. Third floor has two bedrooms, one master bedroom (king bed) with its own bathroom and the other bedroom has a queen bed, with a bathroom in the hallway. The two full baths are equiped with updated shower features, you just have to figure out how to use them. The two bedrooms connect to a laundry room and a patio that is now closed in with a sauna. There is a winding stair case on the third floor that leads up the rooftop. It is very nice and relaxing. There are plenty of places to sit, couch, hammick chair, bar stools. The city lights at night are really something to see. I wish we could have gotten the gas fire pit working but it might have been out of propane. Overall, it was prefect for our two families with children! We would definitely recommend staying!
